What is a 3-Play Bundle?
Triple play just mean getting three services together. Our triple play bundle includes high-speed Internet, satellite TV, and Voice service.
What is Voice service? Is it the same as phone service?
Voice service (also called VOIP) refers to an Internet-based version of phone service. You can make calls to, and receive calls from "normal" phones just like you can with your old phone service, or cell phone.
Why is Avvanta's bundle less expensive than Comcast and Qwest?
We have negotiated a great deal with DISH and DirecTV to enable us to provide their product, alongside our Blazing Fast Internet, and TrueRing Voice service at a significant discount to normal cable service. By allowing DISH or DirecTV to bill you directly for your TV service, we can apply rebates to the services on your Avvanta bill.
Will I be billed separately by DISH or DirecTV and Avvanta? Why?
Yes, in order to receive the bundle discounts you will receive a bill each month from your selected TV provider, and Avvanta. To better understand why, see the answer to Q3.
What is Unlimited Hosting and Domain Registration for Life?
This is a great feature of our Internet access accounts that allows you to have your own domain and website on the Internet, including being able to receive email at your own personal domain. It is guaranteed to be provided at no additional charge as long as you have a qualifying Internet access account in good standing with Avvanta.
